This is built by people like you.
If you're tired of watching the same problems get worse under the same two parties and you're ready to do something about it, this is where you start.
Ready to join?
Membership means becoming an active participant, in your workplace, your neighbourhood, you community. We'll connect you with others in your area and get you started.
WHAT MEMBERSHIP ACTUALLY MEANS.
You organise.
Joining the RWP means becoming an active organiser. That looks different for everyone — but the core is the same: you contribute time and effort to building collective strength. You help others organise. You show up.
You learn.
Members get access to RWP's organising training and education programs — grounded in real conditions and political theory. We develop the skills and knowledge to fight effectively for better conditions.
You have a say.
Our organisational structure is based on democratic decision-making, transparency, and accountability. Leadership exists to support organising efforts, not to replace member involvement. You are a stakeholder, not an audience.
We don't want dues-paying bystanders.
Change requires more than voting or supporting ideas from the sidelines. It requires active involvement in building networks that can advocate and organise for better conditions and a more democratic society. The RWP builds teams of committed members who can organise in their workplaces and neighbourhoods, and contribute to broader political change.
We connect local struggles to national challenges. By linking issues like wages, services, housing, and democratic participation, members build unity, solidarity, and confidence — supporting long-term efforts that push for lasting structural change.
Who we're looking for.
Anyone who works for a living. Anyone who's fed up with being shut out of decisions that affect their life. Anyone who believes that real change comes from organised people — not from waiting on politicians to do the right thing.
Employed or unemployed, young or old, If you share our values and you're willing to put in the work, we want to hear from you.
